Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. You place the order for your products on our Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process.

  2. You must ensure that your order, including delivery address, and any other information you supply to us is correct and you tell us immediately if there are any changes.

  3. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

  4. We accept your offer and there is a binding legal contract when we send you a confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. 

  5. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered.

  6. You will be separately notified in the event that we do not accept your order, or where you have otherwise cancelled your order.

  1. The price for the goods you order is as stated on our site at the time you send us your order. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is included in any price shown.

  2. We are entitled not to send off the goods until we have received full payment in cleared funds.

  3. Delivery costs are charged extra at the rate shown on our site when you place your order. Our charges don’t include customs or import duties which may be applied to your order by the relevant authorities. We have no control of these and it is your separate responsibility to pay for them. We recommend that you check with your local customs office in advance.

  4. If we have mis-priced any item by mistake, we are not obliged to supply the item at that price provided we tell you before we send it off. If we do, then you can decide if you want to order the item at the right price but, if you do not, we will provide a full refund of any payments already made.

  5. You must contact us immediately with full details if you dispute any payment.

  6. If any amount due to us is unpaid, or unjustifiably charged back, we may end this agreement on written notice (including email).

Shipping and Delivery

We are delighted to offer a number of different shipping and delivery options to cater to our customers' requirements. We try to offer the best and most competitive shipping rates and any charges are only covering the cost of shipping as incurred by us from our third party delivery service providers.

Where possible, we subsidise the shipping charge and do not pass this on to our customers.

We are happy to exchange or refund goods if returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Agicore Dog Toys receipt or, for online returns, your order reference number.

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. please allow up to 7 working days for refunds and replacements to be processed. All refunds will be made using the same payment method where goods were purchased in store and using the same card used to place the order online.

For all orders you will be required to return your items to our return address at your own cost.

Some of our suppliers of interesting and unusual toys are sensitive to the use of their images.

All the images on this website are covered by intellectual property rights and may not be used by unauthorised commercial parties.

Which doesn't stop you sending an image of a cool toy to a friend to say "buy this".

  1. All product available on our website by click ‘’buy now’’ are available in our stock to be shipped. If we won’t be able to provide you the toy we will contact you immediately via email – asking to swap for different toy or colour or refund you the item. 

  2. Requirements and cut off times may vary depending on your region so please check the specific requirements for your region carefully.

  3. Each order we ship in 2-4 working days from your order date.

  4. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

  5. Order within UK we send by ROYAL MAIL using first class & singed service and we always have proof of postage with us, if you will have any problems, please contact with us through the email and we will provide you proof of origin. Delivery times within UK takes usually 3-7 working days according to the ROYAL MAIL official website.

  6. Order outside of UK we send using www.pacelcompare.com service to choose the best delivery option to your country. 

  7. We always use service using tracking number – you can always request this number from us by sending us an email. Delivery times to EUROPE takes usually up to 21 working days. If you don’t receive the parcel after this time – please contact with us immediately and we will investigate parcel status through the tracking number & inform you about the actual situation asap.Delivery times outside of EUROPE takes usually up to 35 working days.If you don’t receive the parcel after this time – please contact with us immediately and we will investigate parcel status through the tracking number & inform you about the actual situation asap

  1. For orders placed with a value of up to £40 the delivery charge will be £5.95.

  2. For orders placed with a value of above £41 and up to £100 the delivery charge will be £7.95

  3. For orders placed with a value of over £101 your delivery will be FREE 

EUROPE (except UK)

  1. For orders placed with a value of up to £60 the delivery charge will be £12.95

  2. For orders placed with a value of above £61 and up to £150 the delivery charge will be £18.95

  3. For orders placed with a value of above £151 and up to £310 the delivery charge will be £28.95

  4. For orders placed with a value of over £311 your delivery will be FREE 

REST OF THE WORLD

  1. For orders placed with a value of up to £60 the delivery charge will be £22.95

  2. For orders placed with a value of above £61 and up to £210 the delivery charge will be £32.95

  3. For orders placed with a value of above £211 and up to £410 the delivery charge will be £62.95

  4. For orders placed with a value of over £411 your delivery will be FREE
